Who we are

RFS is a private, invite-only fantasy football prediction league operated by Coforged (contact: playRFS@coforged.com). This policy covers the RFS website and the RFS mobile app, which share one account system.

What we collect

• Account details: first name, last name, nickname, email address and (optionally) a mobile number, collected when you join with an invite code.
• Profile extras (optional): a profile photo you upload and your favourite club.
• Game data: your weekly picks, tokens, results and league standings.

We collect nothing else. There is no advertising, no analytics tracking, no location data, and we never sell or share your data with third parties.

How it's used

Your data is used solely to run the league: signing you in, recording picks, computing results and standings, and sending league emails (for example pick-deadline reminders) from playRFS@coforged.com. Your name, nickname, photo, results and standings are visible to other members of the league. Your email address and mobile number are visible only to you and the league administrators.

Where it's stored

Data is stored with Supabase in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland), protected by row-level security. Match fixture data comes from the public Fantasy Premier League API; no personal data is sent to it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the mobile app, or by emailing playRFS@coforged.com. Deletion permanently removes your login, email, phone number, names and photo. Your past match results remain in the league table in anonymised form ("Deleted player") to preserve the integrity of other members' standings.

Payments

The RFS app and website contain no purchases and never collect, hold or transfer money. RFS does not offer, arrange or award stakes or prizes of any kind. Any private arrangements between members take place entirely outside the app and without our involvement or knowledge.

Age

RFS is suitable for teens and adults. It is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated and members will be notified by email.
